These are three books that every business person should read. They are about the Amway Corporation and one of the co-founders of the company, Richard M. Devos. I'm not promoting Amway to you. In fact, I'm not even an Amway distributor. I have found these three books to be exceptional in their inpiration, motivation, and content. I sincerely believe that if you are in business for your self you will find something of value in each of them. Compassionate Capitalism, by Rich Devos -- his own story of how he co-founded and built one of the most successful business empires in the world.

How to Be Like Rich DeVos: Succeeding with Integrity in Business and Life, by Pat Williams -- an outside look at Rich Devos. Worth the read just for the motivation.
