Here are a few more ways to promote your shop:
1. Make sure that you have a link in all of your outgoing emails and in the signature area on discussion boards and forums that allow links. These simple things are often overlooked and they can bring many new visitors to your online store or website.
2. Include a business card, flyer, or thank you note, in all of your outgoing packages. Make sure it has the URL to your online store or website clearly displayed. It's easy to do and puts your name in front of your existing customers and encourages them to return to buy from you again.
3. Write your link on envelopes/packages so as it's traveling across the country, other people may spot it. It takes almost no effort but it can gain you unexpected, positive, exposure.
4. Participate in discussion groups, social networks like My Space, business networking sites, and set up one or more Squidoo lenses. These things and more are great ways to ultimately be found on the Internet.
