This is about what compelled me to buy a product and to become a regular repeat buyer. I will share my buying experience with you while it is still fresh in my mind.
The story starts out with me being displeased with the availability of good inexpensive cigars where I live. I decided to do a Google search for "discount cigars", ie: http://www.google.com/search?q=discount+cigars.
I ignored the paid ads (in yellow). I scrolled down and saw "discount cigars". I skipped those because I didn't want cheap garbage. I can get that anywhere. I wanted something good but at a cheap price.
The eighth one caught my eye "Cigars - Best cigar deals Famous Smoke Shop". It also named some premium stuff that I recognized. I clicked it: http://www.famous-smoke.com/.
Ok I'm in my first online cigar store and I'm looking around for something cheap and good. It doesn't take long to find what I am
looking for. A big picture of 20 sticks for $20. That's cheap and they sound like a real bargain with a retail price much higher than that. I click to checkout to see how much they want for shipping. It's free. Wow. I buy them and sign up for the newsletter.
I immediately get an email with invoice and ups tracking which says they will ship today. The next day I check the tracking and see that they are due to arrive in only a couple of days. They arrive in an oversize box and they are enclosed in airpack material.
I try one. They are decent. Much better than expected.
So today I see the newsletter in my junk mail box. I open it. It starts off with a lame joke that gets my attention.
It mentions another $20 deal that is $86 retail and says they have a deal like this every week. I am hooked. A repeat customer.
