This site has several key sections. Each of these sections will provide you with information of one sort or another. You should familiarize yourself with this entire site as you progress with your learning. Each section will be important to you.

1. Your Member Account Page This is the area that lists your personal information as contained in your account records. You can make changes in some of the information on this page. It is important that your account information is kept current and accurate.

2. The Information Section This is the area you are accessing now. This section is only open to active members who correctly login to their account. It provides numerous documents grouped together under topics listed in the menu to the left. Clicking on a topic opens a page with links to each related document. Documents may be written specifically for this site and/or they may contain links to other key sites on the web. Documents are broken into sections on the page: articles on file on the site, links to off-site web pages, articles, documents, etc., recommended books you may want to purchase and read (these book links are mostly to Amazon where you can purchase the book immediately), links to suggested software, CD or DVD media you may want to use and, finally, links to Kindle media (e-books that display on the Amazon Kindal machine. The Online Selling Association does not endorse any other website nor the content available there. We do attempt to ensure that all links are valid and connect to suitable sites. All links are tested manually but, as website content can change without notice, we cannot guarantee the validity or suitablility of any content on links sites.

3. The Experts Blog This is the area where a number of web professionals post their comments, ideas, experiences, and other information, on topics of interest to many Online Selling Association members. Blog entries will be periodic, not always daily. Check the blog regularly for new posts.

4. The Members Forum This is the area where all members can post their thoughts, ideas, and questions. Feel free to post in existing threads or start your own with a new topic. Please try to say on topic for the forum you are posting in. Ask questions or post your anwers to questions posted by others.

5. Site Reference Pages Thise is the collection of various pages like FAQ, Terms Of Use, Contact OSA, etc. These are general site information that will be useful to you. You should read these first.
